New release received from West Capital Card occasion to explain some points regarding delays in the arrival card and some points of clarification regarding the recharge card capital west, where it mentions a temporary delay in the recharge due to reasons that have nothing to do with macro or west forex capital.
The statement received is as follows:

Recharge Card:
We recall that the daily limit is 2500 USD and the system does not overcome it. Also, remember to always keep your account with a minimum of 16 USD (equivalent to 10 €) maintenance. Attempting to Reload an amount that does not include this limit, the system will throw error.
In addition to this, the refills are experiencing a delay, by the modification of the correspondent banks. But soon will be standard with a structure much stronger.
Bank Transfer
We have gone through a period of additions of accounts worldwide, leading to some delays in transfers.
Also, these new accounts represent new conditions for bank transfers.
-They continue to be FREE by WEST (only pay the costs of SWIFT – banks, brokers-)
-The minimum transferred to another bank, will be 1000 USD (the system will not allow transfers under that amount).
-The time of their execution will be within 72-96 hours (it should be clear that this is the time of issuance of the transfer on our part and not come from the same. The times may be extended by the Banks Intermediaries and beneficiary banks)

Sending Card:
Sending cards is still functional and timing.
Some customers have experienced delays with the method of post. I mentioned that unfortunately, this kind of send have tracking numbers and can not mediate to know the status of the same (if DHL).
Although the time that we mention is E 15 working days we can not guarantee trace. We know that DHL is more expensive, but we recommend to use that option.

It’s getting a re-check documents for those with any error or omission (the official email for this is notificaciones@westcapitalcard.com). Please can fill orders promptly. We recall that all documentation must be notarized.
