Just think of the word money, mentally we are motivated, worked better and even more physically endure.
This is the conclusion drawn, according to a study published in the journal New Scientist, echo scientists from the University of Minnesota in the United States.
Knowing that money is central to our lives, it was decided to conduct an investigation which showed that:
The thought of more money strengthens us mentally and physically.
Since when catching a volunteer group of people and remind them of the meaning of money, where then invited to put your hands in warm water, it was found that they did not feel much pain.
Also tried putting volunteers to manipulate and count money.
Proving that less stress was felt after handling money before the rejection of social situations.
But the money makes us think more individualistic and leads us not to think less about helping others.
Also found that this has its positive and negative forces, as using the same tests but instead of giving the concept of money, made them think they had the financial debts, caused more pain than the previous test.
So the money we can bring a positive and negative effect on pain.
This test was conducted in China and Canada several times. And the results showed the same.
“We found in all cases, says Katherine Vohs, the concept of money as a motivating force seems to be equally robust in all cultures.”
